ONE room, North Boulder, $1050 rent, Move in Aug. 1st

We are looking for one roommate in our lovely 4bed 2bath North Boulder home! The room is 11x19ft and rent would be approximately $1050 plus about $100 utilities per month. We are a... QUEER, VEGETARIAN household so looking for another individual from that community, prioritizing POC ❤ We value sustainability, cleanliness, fun, community, and kindness.

AMENITIES:
We have a washer & dryer on site, a HUGE backyard with a garden, apple, pear, plum, and peach trees and a grape vine! We are about 200m from the RTD bus stop and a mile away from hiking trails, a park, and pearl street. A/C and heating. Huge driveway and lots of garage storage. We cannot currently accept any pets or couples :P
YOUR ROOM: Windows, fireplace, shared bathroom, lovely space!

ABOUT US:
We are a group of young professionals and grad students in our mid-twenties. We very much value our friendship (occasional house dinners, game nights, house events) but also do our own thing. We like to go out and have fun but also love doing wholesome things like art nights/hiking etc. We have weekly/biweekly house meetings to promote open, direct, and honest communication amongst house members ❤

ALEX (26, she/her): Hi! I am a Chemist working at a biotech company in Boulder. I love going to concerts/raves, basking in the sun, dancing, reading, thrifting, and playing games on my switch! I am compassionate, fun, and spiritual. I love just talking about anything and everything. Aries ☀️

Isabella (23, she/her): Hi, I'm Isabella, I'm an incoming grad student studying sustainability. I enjoy playing basketball, cooking, going to the gym, reading, journaling, listening to the birds in the backyard, talking about most things, and learning! Great roommates, great area, great place to live 😁

HELENA (26, they/she): Hiya! I’m an air quality data scientist, working remotely in Boulder. I enjoy bouldering/climbing, biking around, singing, thrifting and being creative in community. I also love love baking for the house, so expect treats!
