The room itself will not be furnished, but the rest of the house, including the basement rec room will remain furnished. The 4 other roommates are very friendly, decently clean, and love to socialize. There is a large backyard to enjoy the summer sun, and easy access to the NCAR trail system and Eldorado Canyon (Both within 5 minutes of the house).
