Free parking for one car in dedicated lot, and ample street parking. Limited availability for reserved parking spot by request.

The building is in a prime location just north of the Pearl Street Mall. Walking distance to Ideal Market and Community Plaza shopping center, Santo, Beleza Coffee Bar, Audrey Jane's, Boulder Wine Merchant, Sweet Cow and Mt Sanitas trailhead. The Hop bus is a 10 minute walk away, and the Skip bus stop is a 3 minute walk for easy access to NOAA labs, CU Boulder, 29th Street Mall area and North Boulder.

This is a no smoking of any kind, no party and no pets building. Tenant pays electricity only. Background check required, no credit check. Rental history reference required. Occupancy limit of no more than 2 related persons.

Lease take-over (not sublet) until August 31st with option to renew until end of January, May or August of next year. $100 application fee goes towards security deposit of $1475, with $100 refunded if background check fails.
