Private Bed/Bath + Shared Common Space in S'park West Neighborhood

This is a new-ish (5 years old) townhouse in the S'park West community, southeast of 30th & Valmont and adjacent to the Steelyards and Boulder Junction neighborhoods. Private bedroom + full bath available for rent in my 2-story unit, with shared... common areas (kitchen, dining room, living room). Bedroom is furnished w/queen bed & bedding, desk, chair, nightstand, bookcase, lamps for desk and nightstand, dresser, blinds/drapes. Utilities, including electricity, water, wifi, basic TV, and Netflix $100/mo. The neighborhood is pretty, quite peaceful, and very convenient, with Target, Whole Foods, Safeway, many restaurants and lots of other businesses within a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike/scooter/car ride. Ten minutes by car/bike to downtown Boulder and CU Boulder. I am a pretty easygoing 50-something single dad who has a Second-year undergrad daughter attending CU Boulder (she lives in her own apartment). I have a 13 yr. old Pomeranian who is very sweet and pretty chill for a small breed but does bark sometimes at outdoor noises/when people initially arrive at the house. I like a quiet, peaceful, and uncluttered/clean space and am seeking an undergrad, grad student, faculty member or professional who is looking for the same. Non-smoker, please. Will consider short term lease. (shorter than 12 months)
