Private Bed/Bath + Shared Common Space in S'park West Neighborhood

This is a new-ish (5 years old) townhouse in the S'park West community, southeast of 30th & Valmont and adjacent to the Steelyards and Boulder Junction neighborhoods. Private bedroom + full bath available for rent in my 2-story unit, with shared... common areas (kitchen, dining room, living room). Bedroom is furnished w/queen bed & bedding, desk, chair, nightstand, bookcase, lamps for desk and nightstand, dresser, blinds/drapes and small fridge. Electricity, water, wifi/internet, basic TV, and Netflix additional (approx. $100/mo.). Use of bike included, but rentable bike and scooter stations nearby as well. The neighborhood is pretty, quite peaceful, and very convenient, with Target, Whole Foods, Safeway, trails, many restaurants and lots of other businesses within a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike/scooter/car ride. Ten minutes by car/bike to downtown Boulder and CU Boulder. I am a pretty easygoing 50-something single dad of a second-year undergrad daughter attending CU Boulder (she lives in her own apartment). Since she has moved out, I am seeking a housemate. I have a 14 yr. old Pomeranian who is very sweet and pretty chill for a small breed (but does bark sometimes at outdoor noises/when people initially arrive at the house.) I like a quiet, peaceful, and uncluttered/clean space and am seeking an undergrad, grad student, faculty member or professional who is looking for the same. Non-smoker, please. Full school year, month-to-month or short-term lease.
