This is a new-ish (5 years old) townhouse in the S'park West community, southeast of 30th & Valmont and adjacent to the Steelyards and Boulder Junction neighborhoods. Private bedroom + full bath available for rent in my 2-story unit, with shared... common areas (kitchen, dining room, living room). Bedroom is furnished w/queen bed & bedding, desk, chair, nightstand, bookcase, lamps for desk and nightstand, dresser, blinds/drapes and small fridge. Electricity, water, wifi/internet, basic TV, and Netflix additional (approx. $100/mo.). The neighborhood is pretty, peaceful, and very convenient, with Target, Whole Foods, Safeway, many restaurants, lots of other businesses and urban trails within a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike/scooter/car ride. (Rentable bike and scooter stations nearby.) Ten minutes by car/bike to downtown Boulder and CU Boulder. I am a pretty easygoing 50-something single dad of a third-year undergrad daughter attending CU Boulder (she lives on her own). Since she has moved out, I am seeking a housemate. I have a 15 yr. old Pomeranian who is very sweet and pretty chill for a small breed (but does bark sometimes at outdoor noises/when people initially arrive at the house.)
