Private room for rent in North Boulder
Hi Boulder! I have a room available in my North Boulder townhome starting mid-December! I’m looking for a male or female roommate who’s friendly, responsible, and easygoing. The home has a bright living room, porch, in-unit washer and dryer,... dishwasher, and access to a community pool. I live upstairs with my own bedroom and bathroom. The available room is downstairs and comes with its own private bathroom with a tub, plus access to a nice kitchen—check out the photos! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed per the lease. I’m hoping to find someone who enjoys a relaxed, chill lifestyle. Most of the neighbors are in their 20s–30s. A bit about me: I’m a graduate student at CU Boulder who enjoys live music, hiking, and skiing. Rent includes water, trash, gas, and heating. We’d split Wi-Fi and electricity (usually around $100/month total). There’s plenty of free street parking, lots of natural light, and a balcony. The home is super close to the Goose Creek bike path and bus stops—about a 15-minute bike ride to East Campus.
