quiet South Boulder home near trails šš²š»
We are looking to rent the garden-level apartment in our sunny home that is in a nice, quiet South Boulder neighborhood.
The apartment is about 1000 square feet. It includes two large bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, and a 3rd smaller bedroom... ideal for a minimalist or a home office. We are looking to rent to PhD students, post docs, or faculty. The apartment is well suited for up to 3-4 adults, or 1-2 adults with children. No pets.
$2400/month for both rent and utilities (includes: electricity, gas, heat/AC, internet, water, waste removal).
Our shared house spaces include an indoor laundry area, a mudroom/entry room that doubles as covered bike shelter, and outdoor patio and yard spaces.
The owners of the home are a millennial couple (Neesha- a CU research scientist at LASP, she/they, and Nick a post doc at NIST, he/they) who live on the floor above the apartment with their small dogs. They will be moving abroad in early October and will be renting the upper level of the home to others.
Our home is near the Broadway bus line and we have sheltered bike storage space (we live right next to the main bike path). There is also ample street parking and a gravel driveway.
We have a few house rules: - no smoking or illegal drug usage - no parties/raucous events - quiet hours: 9pm to 7am
