Hey! I’m looking for a roommate to add to our townhouse. Looking for someone to sign a year long lease. June 1st move in!

Description of room:
Wonderful quiet area off Broadway near Lucky’s market and Ruzo Coffee.

The house is a 4 bed 2.5 bath,...
but you have a private bedroom upstairs for around 950! There are 3 other roommates and you will share the kitchen, washer/dryer, backyard, and parking with them.

The SKIP is located right outside so easy bus access!

Price/ application details:
•950/mo (rent, water, sewage, trash)
•about 25/mo for xfinity
•about 35/mo for xcel (varies based on usage)
•900 security deposit
•250 application fee to landlord
•no more pets at this time (sorry!)

Background and credit check required by landlord!
Let me know if you have an questions! 😄

Roommates:
Hey, I’m Nikayla! I will be your roommate in the basement. I’m a behavior therapist and currently studying to become a marriage and family therapist. I like to keep things pretty chill at home—clean and quiet is the vibe. You’ll also be sharing the space with Zoey, my playful (and very bald) sphynx cat.

Joe is a grad student in his mid-thirties, studying to become a therapist. He values a peaceful and relaxed home environment, making him a great fit for anyone who appreciates a chill vibe. Joe enjoys unwinding and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. He’ll be your roommate upstairs, bringing a calm presence to the space.
