I am looking for 1-2 roommates to move in from August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026. I am looking for female roommates who are generally clean, organized, and fun! The apartment has a separate charge (not included in rent) for wifi that will be through... Xfinity. All of the appliances in the apartment are recently new (within the last 2 years), as well as the carpet. The apartment common areas are furnished, but the bedrooms are not.
The apartment is about a 15-minute drive to CU, Boulder's main campus, and a block away from the nearest bus stop. Additionally, we are located very close to the Boulder Bike Path, which goes to campus as well.
Depending on the amount of people moving in (1 or 2), rent will either be $833.33 for 2 roomates each, OR $1250 for one.
FINAL NOTE: You will be living with me and my cat, who is very well adjusted to the apartment. I will have the carpets professionally cleaned at the end and the beginning of the lease term.
