Hello, I’m an international student planning to leave the U.S. for summer break, and I’ve already arranged new housing for the Fall 2025 semester. Sublease Terms
● I prefer to go through the official sublease process with the leasing office. While this involves a 300$ sublease processing fee, the distribution of this fee can be negotiated between us.
● As part of the official process, you will pay rent directly to the leasing office through their online system.
