I have a privately owned (I own it, and am renting out the rooms) 1400 square foot 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath, fully furnished townhouse right off of Folsom Street, one mile north of the engineering and physics building. I have two roommates and am looking... for one more; They are primarily looking for undergrad students. (preferably going into their third year) If you have a bike or scooter, getting to campus is easy, as it is just down the street. (6-10 min) There is also a nearby bus stop. Excellent location with stores and restaurants right around the corner. Utilities are included with rent. Parking is extra. The place is a three-bedroom 2.5-bathroom townhouse. Two of the bathrooms are upstairs, and a half bathroom is downstairs, and the parking is at the basement level underneath the complex. The townhouse is two stories with bedrooms and laundry upstairs, and the living room and kitchen downstairs. The room for rent is the master, with its own attached bathroom and balcony. The closet will be locked with my stuff in it, but the bathroom is plenty big enough to hang up clothes on a portable rack, and there is an empty dresser in the room as well. Under the unit, there is covered garage parking (Extra per month) with an additional closet that can accommodate bikes and scooters. Please reach out with any questions; the rent is 1500 a month with utilities included, which is a steal. (For the size of the room plus the amenities) The bathroom faucets are brand new as well. Please note that we are looking for undergrad students going into junior or senior years and will not consider phd or graduate students.
