Room Available in 3 BR House Near Campus!

Hey there! We’re looking for a third roommate to join our cozy 3-bedroom house just a few minutes from CU Boulder’s East Campus. The room is available starting early August, and rent is $962.50/month plus utilities that average $100 to $150/ month... .

About the House:
* Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to East Campus and Main Campus. Bus stop is about a 7-minute walk
* Big fenced backyard — perfect for relaxing, tanning, or throwing a little get-together
* One shared bathroom with a shower and one half bath (not attached to the room we are leasing)
* Shared kitchen and common areas
* Extra room has been turned into a cute TV/rec room
* Washer/dryer in unit
* One car driveway but street parking always available
* The available room is located toward the front of the house with nice natural light and space for a bed, desk, and more!

About Us:
We’re Lily (20) and Riley (21), both full-time CU Boulder students who also work part-time jobs. We’ve lived together for about a year and have created a home that’s cozy, respectful, and clean! We enjoy the occasional roomie dinner and weekend hangouts, but we’re mindful of keeping things quiet during the week so everyone can focus or rest. We communicate openly, respect personal space, and try to be mindful of our other roommates!

About You:
The lucky lady we’re looking for is:
* Respectful and tidy in shared spaces
* LGBTQ+ friendly, Drinker & Smoker friendly- No smoking inside the house, but we have a huge backyard for that
* Open to communicating clearly and kindly- we want everyone to be on the same page!
* Student preferred

If you’re interested, send us a bit about yourself — what you’re up to, what you're looking for in a living situation, and anything else we should know.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
