Room for rent 100th and wads

My husband and I are in our mid 30's with two small dogs. We are renting the master bedroom in our home on the top level (of our bi-level). Room has 2 windows with lots of sun. We sleep downstairs and our own living room is down there as well. We are... very quiet chill people (420 friendly), looking for a considerate friendly roommate to rent monthly for up to 6 months. There is a large kitchen and dining area, living room and fireplace right outside your soon to be room, along with a covered deck and quarter acre yard. The home is full of art and plants. Animals kept in tanks or cages are ok, foom fully furnished and a full bathroom connected to the room. We have a large greenbelt around us at Stanley lake, so massive trail to bike or walk. Also 5min walk to bus stop, odds music grill, and king soopers.
