Room for Rent! Super Cheap Town House close to East Campus!

Hi!

I am studying abroad next spring semester and I am looking for someone to sublease my room in a 3 bedroom townhouse from January 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026.

It is located on Arapahoe and 48th street and super close to East Campus! It has a...
B-cycle rack right across the street and has easy access to bus routes and bike paths.

Rent is $850 for the room and private bathroom, plus utilities. The room can come prefurnished if wanted, that will include a bed, night stands, desk, and dresser!

The girls living in the house are all STEM students going into their sophomore year.
We are looking for a girl to rent, preferably sophomores or juniors, but we are open to older people. Someone who is neat and cleans up as much as they can. Someone who is quiet, but also willing to socialize and have fun with group meals and sweet treats.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Please reach out with any questions!
