Welcome to the Williams Fork Trail Apartment. We have been providing flexible-term room rentals to students for over 20 years.

You can choose from one of three rooms, depending on availability.

Room A: $925/mo
11x12 sqft - Full bed, desk, chair,... bookshelf, dresser, side table and closet. Shares bathroom with Room B

Room B: $925/mo
11x12 sqft - Full bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, dresser, side table and closet. Shares bathroom with Room A

Room C (Primary): $1150
14x16 sqft - Queen bed, desk/chair, bookshelf, two dressers, chair and side table. Private 3/4 bath.

Your linens and towels will be provided, as well as blankets and pillows. There is space allocated in the fully equipped kitchen for your dry goods, and you also will have a dedicated space in the fridge and freezer.

There is ample visitor parking and we have a reserved parking space. There is a pool and gym and community room with billiards and ping pong on the property. The tennis courts, basketball courts and playground are adjacent to the building on the left and right sides.

There are beautiful open space trails nearby: Twin Lakes Open Space is just minutes away to your south, and Coot Lake Trail also includes the back of Boulder Reservoir, is just a short distance north on 63rd. and Boulder Valley Range is a short distance by car to the west.
