ROOMMATE NEEDED!! Apt in Downtown Boulder, close to Pearl Street

I love my apartment! It's great for someone who wants to be close to the action, but not in the middle of it! (<15 minute walk to Pearl Str or Downtown Boulder Bus Station, <10 minute drive to Main Campus)

- 2 bed, 2 bath; That means your own... room AND bathroom!
Just one other roommate, that's me! :)
- Mostly UNFURNISHED: we'll have stuff like dishes and a microwave (a couch too) but everything in the photos will be gone.
- ~1,000 sq ft total apt
- Apt is on 2nd floor, no elevator
- Key pad entrance, then physical key for the apt
- Carpet every where except kitchen/dining and bathrooms
- Laundry in building ($2.25/wash & $2.25/dry, always available)
- Small designated storage unit included in building with apt
- Balcony, wood fireplace, dishwasher, electric stove
- AC & heat
- We have a designated parking lot & plenty of overflow parking (I don't have a car so the spot is all yours)
- Pets: ESA's are of course permitted; otherwise I think there is a pet deposit? But I'm not sure, lmk if I need to ask.
- Landlord is pretty great, he is easy to contact and shows up to fix any problems himself.

I have an updated roommate profile if you're interested, but just briefly: I transferred to CU a couple years ago and I'm working on getting my BFA in sculpture. If I'm not at school, I'm at work *cries*. But otherwise, I enjoy a good video game, a hike, and all my little crafts. I'm pretty clean, but a little messy if that makes sense? I don't like things to be dirty but there is often clutter. I'm a pretty chill person, I rarely go out and only really host small get-togethers. Aannndddd I want a cool roommate, hmu if you think that's you! :)
