The complex is convenient to bus lines and the University, and has nicely... landscaped grounds, salt water pool, exercise room, tennis courts and clubhouse. The room is unfurnished, 10’ x 10’ and has an individual air conditioner and large closet. No carpeting---LVP and paint throughout, updated recently. The unit is on the top floor and has a balcony. $790.00 rent. Prefer mature, responsible tenant WHO KEEPS REGULAR HOURS. No pets, and overnight guests limited to one night a week.
