About the House: - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each bathroom shared between two people) - Spacious living areas with a comfortable setup ... - Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances - Laundry in basement of house (3 washers, 3 dryers) - Limited parking available: we already have our reserved spots taken, but street parking is always open. - The whole house is already furnished. Bedroom 1 has a bed and a desk, but Bedroom 2 is empty.
Utilities & Rent Info: - Rent includes water, trash, and other utilities under the lease - Rent is paid for the whole house, but we split it amongst ourselves. - Electricity & WiFi are separate bills, split among roommates.
