This is an end unit on the 2nd floor with lots of light and a great view of the Flatirons. The main floor... has a full kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven, four electric burners, a microwave, and dishwasher. The half bath is also on the main floor when you first walk in. Upstairs there is a small broom closet perfect for towels and cleaning supplies along with both bedrooms and and the full bathroom. Bathroom has a shower and tub with a small sink and vanity. Each bedroom is spacious with room for a queen sized bed, desk, and dressers. The closets in each bedroom are also fairly large with plenty of space for clothes and storage. This unit provides an easy 10-20 minute walk or ride to campus and is one block from Pearl Street. We are also within 50 yards of two different bus stops. Rent is $1405 (2024-25), plus utilities and WiFi. Private parking is available for $50/month. There is also street parking outside the building along Walnut and the nearby streets.
