Shanahan Ridge Townhouse

Hi, I’m looking for two people to join me in the light-filled 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse in South Boulder where I’ve lived for the past year! My current roommates will be traveling for research and moving closer to their work, so we will have two... open rooms starting in June and July respectively for a ~1 year lease.

Rent is $1000 each plus utilities. The place is very accessible by bus (direct route to CU’s main campus and downtown Boulder via the SKIP), very close to trails, and has laundry, a large kitchen, parking, a small yard, and a detached garage. One room (available in June) can be fully furnished or unfurnished while the other (available in July) is largely unfurnished. All common spaces are already furnished. Ideally no pets, but exceptions may be made for dogs on a case-by-case basis.

I am a grad student at CU in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Outside of school/work, I love to be outside hiking, biking, or just generally exploring. I also enjoy baking and having some creative outlets when I can find the time. I like having a few friends over for the occasional meal or game night, but this is not a partying household.

Given school keeps me pretty busy, our home needs to be somewhere I can get work done. It's very important to me that shared spaces stay clean and organized and I’m looking for a roommate that feels the same way. I value clear and open communication and just having respect for each other and our spaces. Also, no smoking please!

If you think this might be a good fit for you, please reach out with some information about yourself and what you are looking for!
