Shared 4 bedroom home

My partner and I rent a 4 bedroom house in Martin Acres. We have two housemates, one of whom is subletting her room for the summer. It's a beautiful home with hardwood floors and lots of natural light. I have many houseplants that liven up the space... as well. We have a big kitchen with a gas stove and a stacked/double oven. There is also a fireplace, a pool table, a movie room, and a home gym with a treadmill, free weights (barbell + plates, squat rack, bench press). We have a beautiful native plant/pollinator garden in front of the house. There is also 200 sqft of vegetable garden that I am happy to share with other gardening roommates! There's a back deck with string lights and patio furniture. There's a garage for bike storage, sports equipment, and tools. We're a 5-10 min walk from the Table Mesa Shopping Center, and less than a mile from various trailheads.
