Spacious room in 2BR/2BA townhouse

Looking for a roommate to share a 2BR/2BA newly remodeled townhouse in a great location in North Boulder. Near bike paths and bus stops, less than 3 miles from main CU campus.
The townhouse is an end unit and gets great light, with views of a creek... and mature cottonwood trees. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and each bedroom has its own sink/vanity. The toilet and shower/bathtub are shared.
The bedroom that's available is spacious (approx. 15x15 ft) and has two closets and an extra storage space. Washer and dryer are located upstairs.
Available bedroom is unfurnished, and the rest of the apartment will be furnished. It has been undergoing remodeling this summer, so some of the photos are from when it's unfurnished/pre-remodel.

I have one cat and am open to people with other pets on a case-by-case basis.
