Spring Sublease (can extend to summer as well) Willing to negotiate rent

Hey! I’m going abroad in the spring and need to sublease. The room available (mine) is the only bedroom downstairs, so it feels very private. I also have my own bathroom. There is a ton of storage in the whole apartment, and the kitchen, bathrooms,... and living rooms are very large. I have 3 fabulous roommates who are super clean, sweet, funny, and fun. Girls and gays only please!!!

PS. Sometimes my roommates take care of dogs, so please only apply if you are somewhat pet-friendly.
