Private bedroom available in a 3BR house at 1520 Grove Street, just steps from Downtown Boulder and close to CU campus. Sublet starts January 2026 with flexible move-in (Jan 5–15) and the option to stay through July 31, 2026.

The house has hardwood... floors, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer. High-speed internet is available, and the location is quiet but central (easy access to Pearl Street, campus, and nearby bus routes).

The two remaining roommates are clean, respectful CU students. The home is furnished in shared spaces (living room + kitchen).
