for subletter who wants to live Sterling Apartment shared bedroom. I got 1-year contract to this apartment last August but, I do not live there anymore so I want to turn over my room in truly reasonable price. The original rent of this unit is $1005 per month but I am willing to cover it so the amount that you have to pay is $700 per month.
All the utilities fee are included in the rent. The final price of the rent is $700.
Sterling apartment is walking distace for campus and have fitness and swimming pool which is private for apartment residents, and apartment manager are so kind and happy to hear your voice. Feel free to ask facilities.
Lots of amenities are included like stove, oven, dish washer, microwave and etc.
My roommates who already living in have almost every stuffed needed to live, such as dish, pot, fan, cutlery, rice cooker, tools to cook and so on.
The furniture are originally not included, so I brought the bed, table, chair and lamp. I cam hand them over for free.
