Convenient For

  • Undergraduates
  • Graduate Students

Stonewood Property Management, LLC

• We would be splitting the rent, so $985 each
• Very close to the campus, typically a 15 minute walk to any of my classes, 10 if I rush
• Gets plenty of sunlight
• My furniture here so you would only need to bring things for your room
• Rooms are a...
decent and exact same size, with slight variations
• Room available has a walk in closet with a detached bath (my last roommate put up a curtain which worked really well)
• On the second floor but there aren’t many stairs
• Carpet everywhere except kitchen and bathroom
• A small courtyard
• The walk way up to campus leads directly to the gym
• Snarfs is a couple minute walk away
• Pearl street is about a 20 minute walk
• Sometimes there are parties next door but nothing crazy. Could be nice if you wanna socialize every now and again with overdoing it
• It’s much closer to the humanities and biology side of campus, so if you are more of a physics type major, I would suggest a bike
• Kitchen is a decent size but there is very little counter space
• The arrangement I had with my last roommate was that I would pay the electric and they would pay for internet; let me know if this doesn’t work for you
• Fair warning; unfortunately there construction going on a lot over
• In terms of safety, there is a dead bolt and a chain lock on the door
• Dishwasher. Electric stove with oven. A microwave.
• BYOF/AC - bring your own fan/AC
• Can see the flat irons and Mackey if you get the angle right
• If you bring cats and ours don’t get along, I will likely be able to have my family take care of mine.
