Sublease in Broomfield! Available Now

The room avaliable is the largest bedroom in a three bedroom house. It has a private entrance and it's own gate to the backyard. The room is approximately 200sqft, there is plenty of space for a desk in addition to normal bedroom furnishings. There... is a privacy screen and clothing rack that can stay in the room if you wish. The room is next to the laundry room on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms and shared bathroom. One of the other rooms has a door to the backyard as well. The shared livingroom and kitchen/dining room are in the center. We have a sunny covered front porch and a backyard with a deck. Shed space will be cleared for you. We are 3 minutes from highway 36 and a 15 minute walk/2 minute drive to US 36/ Broomfield Station.
Two current residents are me and my friend Hazel. I am a CU alum and I work in research at the university. I have a 5 year old staffy named Burns, he is vocal but very sweet and well trained. Other dogs can be considered after a meet and greet.
