The Gold Run Condos are next to the CU Boulder campus, south of the Scott Carpenter Park, and right on Boulder Creek walking/biking path, a central and convenient location within walking distance to the 29th Street shopping mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and movie theater, etc.

The Gold Run Condo also offers great amenities including a beautiful health club with an indoor pool, full gym, Jacuzzi/hot tubs, sauna/steam rooms, volleyball, racquetball, and tennis courts. No pets per HOA.
