Summer 2025 Sublet at Sterling University Peaks

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for Summer 2025 as I'm studying abroad!

You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom and separate entrance, all of which you can lock off from the main area. I'll be leaving my furniture since...
I've renewed my lease and will be returning for the fall, so the bedroom will include a bed frame/mattress, desk, and dresser. The bookcase and brown closet are part of the apartment. The bedroom windows also have privacy film, but there'e still plenty of natural light (and I can remove the film if need be). For the bathroom I will be leaving the white shelf and possibly the white cart if you want the extra storage.

Living room is furnished with a couch, coffee table, and storage cabinets. Living room and kitchen area would be shared with my (female) roommate, who will be taking classes and traveling. She's super friendly and neat, so there's no need to worry! Air conditioning unit is located in the living room, but it circulates fairly well throughout the apartment.

Apartment is located within walking distance to the CU bus stop (Stampede and Will Vill route), Bound bus stop, Sprouts, etc. There's also a B-cycle station close to the apartment (near Timber Ridge). It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Engineering Center or Kittredge and 30 to Norlin Quad.

The sublease dates listed include Maymester and Summer Sessions A-D, but I can be a little flexible with the dates if need be! Rent is $1,620 per month total ($1,480 rent + $140 flat rate utilities). There is additionally a $300 subleasing fee, which I am willing to split. When I return from study abroad I will essentially "sublet" this space back from you.

Feel free to text/email me with any questions or if you'd like to schedule a viewing! If you are interested, you will also need to apply on Sterling's website and there is a $15 application fee, but we can contact the leasing office to help :)
