Summer Sublease at Buffalo Canyon Apartments, 10 Minute Walk To Campus
Hello! My name is Faye, I am currently a Sophomore at CU Boulder! I will be out of the country from May to August and looking for someone to take my spot during those months!
My unit is located in Buffalo Canyon, an apartment complex that is right... across the McDonald's on Baseline! It is very close to campus, about a 10 minute walk, and a 3-5 minute drive. It's a nice apartment complex! It comes with a pool, hot tub, as well as a beach volleyball court (that our unit is right in front of). My bedroom is down the hall and comes with a bathroom that is just outside, next to it! My bedroom will come furnished as well, with the desk, bed, and nightstands all included! My room comes with a mirror and a closet as well.
If you take on my lease, you will be living with two other lovely ladies who are very welcoming, neat, and always willing to talk if need be!
