SUMMER SUBLEASE! Wimbledon Apartment, three bedroom, 1.5 bath

I am looking for a summer subletter! This is a floor-level apartment with a downstairs and an upstairs, and is really quite spacious/high quality for the rent price. Although there is someone above the ceiling/floors are *very* thick. I almost never... hear anything!

There is a fenced in patio out back, and it is within walking distance to CU. The bus stop is hardly a 2 minute walk away. The utilities will be split between all three people. The other roommates are very clean and unintrusive, too. We have our own kitchen, dining room, and living room as well as a shower-less bathroom downstairs, and upstairs there is a double sink, full bathroom, and the three rooms.

Outside there are grills, a pool open in the spring/summer, and utilities are all taken care of except for xcel energy and wifi! So, the bills per-person are usually around $30-40 (very cheap!!!).
