Summer Sublet for room in 2 bed / 1 bath -- Possibility to renew

2nd room in a 2 bed / 1 bath apartment near Baseline, quick and easy access to Safeway shopping area, and close to a bus stop for campus access. Looking for a sublet to take over my roommate's lease from around 5/1/25 to 7/31/25. I have an ESA FIV+... cat, so if you have a cat it has to be indoor only. Per the landlord, only other ESA's are allowed. Total rent is 1850/month, rent is split evenly because both rooms are the same size. There is a possibility to take over my current roommate's lease at the end of the sublet. You'll need to buy out the deposit for $925 if that's the case. Utilities are split between complex, we pay 25% of total for water/sewer and trash, and 23.35% for gas; utilities will be split 50/50 between us. Internet is ~$25/month, and electricity is roughly $15-20. Rent with utilities will be ~$1000 total. There is a small shared backyard and a small private balcony. No central AC, but there is an AC unit built into living room. Rest of apartment is furnished, but room may be only partially furnished. The apartment complex has a shared foyer with other units and a shared front porch. There are washers and dryers in basement that are shared with another unit, along with storage.
