Today it is an all female co-op/boarding house for CU students. 5 minute walk... from campus, the bus stop, an array of restaurants and boutiques. 20 minute walk to Chautauqua Park and Pearl Street Mall. Free street parking but limited space available when school is in session. There are 10 bedrooms in total. Rooms will be shown in person or on video chat if interested. Each bedroom is unique, no room in the house looks like the other, prices ranging from $800-$1020. There are 3 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, laundry room, 2 kitchens, and plenty of storage space. Total of 2,507 square feet. This is a co-op home, completing a chore once week and attending house meetings are apart of the lease. This home is also a "quiet space" but great location for Boulder night life.
