CURRENTLY our unit is available to rent for the following school year, so if you sign a lease with the Lodge now you could just live there through the 25/26 school year.

SUBLETTING FEES:
-... Once you find a replacement renter, send us their contact information so we can send them an application.
-There is a $45 application fee, and a $250 admin fee.
- If they qualify, we will draft a lease transfer addendum to remove you from the lease and place the new renter on
- Pay $500 lease change fee
- Once all parties sign and the balance is $0, we will remove you from the lease and place the new renter on.
