Hey! I’m looking to sublet my studio for the Spring and Summer while I’m out of the country. It’s super close to campus—just a 10-minute walk to the C4C or Engineering Center—perfect for... anyone who wants to be close to everything but still have a quiet, safe place to live.

The Details:

Rent: $1,500/month (plus around $200 for all utilities)

Lease Ends: July 28, 2025

What’s Included:
In-unit washer and dryer (new dryer installed in Nov 2024, and when it broke, it only took maintenance 2 days to replace it!)

Full kitchen with fridge, stove, and everything else you need

AC to keep you cool

Pool on-site for when you wanna chill in the summer

Secure mailroom (no package theft!)

Well-lit and safe area (no homeless issues here)

Move-in Ready: The place isn’t furnished, but it’s a super easy move-in. I only brought in a bed, table, chairs, and a shower curtain—everything else is already here.

Why It’s Great: This spot is managed by a really helpful office and maintenance team, so you won’t have to deal with any issues. The place is quiet, with nice neighbors and safe surroundings. If you’re a student who likes to bike or walk around, the location is perfect for getting to class. I’ve loved living here and would definitely come back after my trip.
