The Lodge

Hello, my name is Ava! I am looking for someone to take over my individual lease starting sometime this semester or Spring and Summer. I am very flexible with the move in date. This individual lease ends on August 5th, 2026! There is a $500 lease... name change, but you will receive this money back when finishing this lease, in the form of a deposit! The apartment is fully furnished, and the bedroom comes with a full size bed-frame (except no mattress), two sets of dresser drawers, a desk, chair, bedside table, and closet. This bedroom has three windows, with a pool view and comes with shades if not wanting the sunshine! The total of $1434.50 per month includes: Owner Utility Administrative Fee of $10.00 (includes all utilities!!), Recurring RLL: Owner of $14.50, and $55.00 for 1 parking space, $1355.00 for the 1 Bedroom. The only extras on top of rent is $7.23 for wifi per month!
