The Lodge Apartments (Sublet / Shared Housing)

All of the unit features work very well, including dishwasher, fridge, drains, showers, toilets, lights, outlets, washer and dryer, etc. Living room and kitchen are hardwood, bedrooms are carpeted. You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 female... roommate. The other roommate is male. Both of them are awesome roommates and awesome people! The apartment is very safe and the room for sublease has a view of the Flatirons, as well as another window and a huge closet. It also comes with a bedframe, but not a mattress, although I could leave my mattress for your use if requested. The unit allows you to walk straight outside, like a motel-style rather than a hotel. The unit is on the "second floor", which is only a half flight of stairs up from the ground level, as the "first floor" is under ground level. Parking is available but costs extra, and there is ample bike parking. My roommates would be interested in fostering a dog(s), but it is not necessary if you don't agree to it.
