The Lotus 2nd Floor Apartment

Hi! Me and some of my roommates are looking for someone to sublease our rooms in an apartment in the Lotus. The Lotus is right across the street from Kittredge, so it's right next to campus if you have any summer classes. It's a pretty short walk... from the apartment to the bus stops to the 204, the 225, the Hop, and the WillVill buses. The apartment is 4 bedroom/4 bath, and at least 2 of us are interested in subleasing if you're looking with a group. The apartment comes fully furnished and most of the utilities are included in the rent, so they're generally only about $15 extra a month. If the price is an issue but you're otherwise interested, feel free to still reach out and see if we can come up with anything!

We can start the sublease process around the beginning of May (date flexible) and the lease expires on July 31st. My other roommates may or may not be staying during parts or all of the summer, but they're all pretty chill and quiet. We're a non smoking apartment, including vapes.
