I am subletting this room for the summer until the end of the lease period which is 07/31/2025. There are only two other roommates, they are females in engineering. Must be female to live here.
Bed and private bath attached, luxury apartment,... furnished. Has 4 bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms (4x4 floorplan). Kitchen, living, dishwasher, washer and dryer and patio are for common use. Room comes with bed, desk, chair, walk in closet and attached private bathroom.
Lobby has study area, a gym and front office.
There are 4 rooms, but one is empty. Big kitchen, new refrigerator.
Utilities varies from $20-60
Doors are locked at all times so it's safe, and I've never had any issues with safety.
Maintenance is helpful, there's a residence portal and emergency phone.
There's a trash chute too
