Very nice triplex neighbors and not bothersome at all.
This room has an attached bathroom with a shower (though rather small), and is currently housed by two (one man, one woman) roommates that go to CU Boulder. Both will be staying at least another calendar year (until August 2026) and have signed the lease accordingly.
