The View Apartments

Hello, looking to lease out this 2bd/2bath/2 level apartment in downtown Boulder ASAP or July 1st for a year. Beautiful little balcony facing the mountains with a pool/bbq area in the closed in community backyard. Swiftlane electronic entrances,... mailbox in the lobby with Amazon package lockers.
It is fully furnished and ready to move in. Everything is well taken care of and clean, I’ve been here 12 yrs and will be traveling for work so need people to rent for a year. Credit/ background check/ deposit is a must.
I’ll have to check but I think it’s 500$ a person deposit and 50$ for the other. The 2,600 includes everything but WiFi, Xcel energy will vary a little depending on the time of year. Renter’s insurance is 22$ a month which I’ll pay every other month and you’ll be responsible every other month. It’s a must here.
