Close to campus with good amenities. I live in building E which is great but sometimes will experience a power disruption.

A surprisingly peaceful home base near CU Boulder
In an effort to help those interested in finding housing in Boulder, I'm offering my experience living at Timber Ridge. The location has been incredibly convenient--it's an easy walk to campus and close to several bus stops and the Boulder Creek. I was initially worried this area might feel chaotic with so many students nearby, but it’s actually been the opposite. Our neighbors have all been kind, respectful, and easy to live around. The grounds are well maintained, with lots of trees and green space and there are poop bag stations throughout to support all the dog owners. The maintenance team is fantastic; many of them live on-site, so they genuinely care about the community. It’s also fun running into them at the gym or by the pool. They’ve been super helpful and even helped me install shelves. The leasing office has also been great to work with. They’re friendly, responsive, and quick to address any questions or concerns. Overall, living here has been a really positive experience.

Lovely
The complex staff are always friendly, kind, and genuine. The maintenance folks are also kind and willing to stop by whenever to help you out. The grounds are well maintained. Gym could use some more updates but they are working on it.

I love where I live. I love that it’s close to campus, that it has a pool, a gym, a club room! anytime I need something people are always so nice and helpful and I always appreciate the level of communication and friendliness

Quiet, clean, excellent management
Needed a place for me and my doggo to stay for a couple months and boy-oh-boy did Timber Ridge fit the bill! Great value for the location, (surprisingly) quiet, very clean, and the management are a joy to work with. I’ve only had to ask for maintenance help on 3 occasions, but every time they got right on my case. Billing has been transparent and fair, and the folks in the office are always helpful and fun to chat with. Highly recommend
