Townhouse across from east campus

The property is a two story townhouse within walking distance to east campus and a convenient bus stop to go to main campus. It's very spacious with plenty of room for two occupants. The bottom floor contains the laundry room, a kitchen (dishwasher,... stove, oven), a sizeable living room, and a half bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is storage available within the unit as well as an external storage unit perfect for storing a bike or other outdoor equipment. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is a path nearby perfect for taking walks or bike rides as well as a field that's perfect for sports or sunbathing. There's a communal pool in the neighborhood that residents get a key for. I have found that living here is affordable on a graduate student budget. Utilities add up to $100 per person per month (i.e. each person will pay roughly $1275 each month). Parking is free, and no pass is required.
