Triplex, close to campus, close to Pearl Street
I am subletting my room in a well-cared for triplex close to campus, Pearl Street and the Hill. The room will become available on January 1, 2026. It will remain available until July 1, 2026, but the sublet may also end at the end of May when the... spring semester is complete.
The unit has two reserved parking spaces and ample parking on the street. The room that is available has two windows that allow in great natural light. You will have your own bathroom with a shower. There is a washer and dryer within the unit, as well as a dishwasher in a well-appointed kitchen. You will share a communal living space with a comfortable couch and a large TV. The furnishings in the room may remain if this is easier for the subletter, but the furniture can be removed if needed.
The triplex will be shared with two female roommates. Both roommates are juniors at CU on the pre-med track. The roommates are social and easy to get along with. They love to have fun, but also are serious students.
