Move in date flexible. - This is a furnished... private bedroom with private bath in a 4 bedroom apartment that is currently shared with only one male student. (we have two empty rooms). - The unit is top floor, pool and mountain view, quietest location in the building. - 5 min walk to campus - Great amenities: workout room, pool, washer/dryer in unit, garage parking. - Rent is $1794 (I will pay for all of Jan & Feb to reduce the rent cost) rent includes a reserved parking spot in enclosed garage and most utilities (heat, internet, trash. etc). - Utilities not covered run around $40 per month. - The front desk staff can give you a tour of the building - There are a lot of pictures of units and building on their website. - You will work with the apartment leasing office to take over the lease if interested. - Please contact me with any questions at 303-525-5323 or email.
