$1,500 CASH to take over my lease at Union 9Seventy

Both rooms in my unit are opening up. My roommate and I are both going abroad in the spring, so you can take just my room, or grab a friend and take the whole 2-bed. Your call.

I'll pay you $1,500... to take over my room, by check once the transfer goes through, and I'll cover the $300 transfer fee too. That's about $214/mo back in your pocket, so you're really paying ~$1,581/mo instead of $1,795. (If a second person takes the other room, they'd work out their own deal with my roommate, not me.)

I personally think I have the best unit in the building, no BS, here's why:

2nd floor of Building 3, facing the pool. No street noise, quiet, tucked away but you still see everyone walk by. My window looks right at the pool with the mountains behind it, and the sunsets are unreal. Building 3 is one of the only three with a trash chute, and it's ~15 steps from the door. Grocery runs are easy.

The room's furnished, comes with the bed and desk + chairs. Private bathroom, and it's big: full shower, toilet, sink, full-length mirror plus a side one that opens into hidden storage. Good closet.

The apartment's a 2 bed / 2 bath, looks freshly renovated. Open kitchen, dishwasher and stovetop both work great, in-unit washer/dryer. Wi-Fi is 1 gig Xfinity with the router included.

Building has a gym (dumbbells, treadmills, StairMasters), study rooms, package lockers, USPS boxes in the building, and covered garage parking behind a fob-locked door.

~7 min walk to Leeds (I do it daily), ~12-15 to the rec. Utilities run about $25-35/mo, just electric and water.
