The homeowner, Rae, lives in the main house with roommates.
The private loft for guests is upstairs in a carriage house separate from the main house. You may bump into the housemates occasionally downstairs which is a shared space for storage, sewing, art, laundry, etc. Most often you won't see anyone else during your stay.

Security Deposit amount determined by the owner.

For each pet, there is a refundable security deposit of $200 and monthly fee of $35.
