Located directly across the back entrance to Folsom Field. Less than a 5 minute walk to campus / Engineering Center. Has easy backdoor access from the outside of the building. One of the rooms also has a window AC unit. Laundry room is directly... across the hall, 2 washers 2 dryers, 3 quarters for wash, 2 for dry. WiFi is 300mbps with Ethernet setups. Landlord is easy to contact and has fixed problems for us in the past for no charge. We can leave kitchenware and basic cleaning supplies if wanted. We already have 1 roommate, he is a CS Junior returning from a semester abroad in Japan. Additional costs include WiFi ($25 total) and electricity ($20-40ish total), so about $25 additional per person. Please contact us with any additional questions or interest.
