University Village at Boulder Creek

Hello everyone, I’m looking to transfer my lease for a 4x4 unit at University Village at Boulder Creek — available as early as this summer. This is a private bedroom with your own bathroom in a fully furnished apartment just across the street from... CU’s campus.

Quick Details:
- Lease Type: Lease transfer (you’ll take over my lease directly with the complex)
- Floor: First floor (not ground-level — no downstairs neighbors!)
- Room: Fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and two drawers. Spacious and very well soundproofed (I play music a lot and my roommates never hear it)
- Bathroom: Private, with a bathtub/shower, toilet, two mirrors, and plenty of storage under the sink and behind one of the mirrors
- Common Area: Social but clean — includes a couch, chairs, TV, and sound bar. We watch movies, play video games, and hang out here a lot

Roommates:
You’d be living with three of my good friend friends — we all met during our freshman year. We’ve had each other’s backs through a lot this past year, and the apartment has been a really supportive space. Everyone helps take care of the place, and we’ve built a chill, balanced dynamic together.

We hang out, game, cook, and watch movies together, but we also respect each other’s space. Sometimes the apartment is lively and social, and other times it’s dead quiet with everyone studying or working. It’s flexible, relaxed, and respectful — a genuinely solid place to live.
