Varsity Townhouse

I am looking for a roommate (preferably a girl) to share this HUGE apartment that has been newly renovated with upgraded appliances, flooring and sizeable bathroom vanities.
I will be living there for the 2025-26 academic year and need a roommate...
(preferably a girl). It's a great location - just a bit past the Hill and only a 15-minute walk to the northwest side of campus. It is a 2-person, 2-Bedroom apartment, with common space on the ground floor and 2 nicely sized bedrooms upstairs. The cabinets are updated, and the living room floors are hardwood, not carpet.
The total rent is $3300 so $1650 each person. There is a $150 payment for water that covers 11 months. Remaining utilities for heat, electricity and internet are paid separately.
This specific apartment is quickly accessible from the building's parking lot and is close to the laundry room. It has a decent-sized kitchen, large living room, small balcony that overlooks the interior of the complex and half bathroom on the main floor. Upstairs has the two bedrooms with shared bathroom that has two separate vanities/sinks. The photos are from videos so apologies for the poor quality, I can send you the videos so you can get a better sense of the space. The photos are of the current tenants' living space, but it does not come furnished - we will need to provide all the furniture. You could visit the Varsity Apartments website with more pictures of apartments to get a sense of the layout, along with the leasing documents. It is a shared lease but does not require any credit background or co-signing by parents. Sub-leasing is also allowed. To check out their website, search for Boulder townhouses and click on Varsity apartments. Here is the landlord contact (super cool guy - call 303-449-2234 if you'd like to get a tour).
I am a super easy-going and (mostly) neat person and am looking for a roommate with similar habits to share this great apartment!!
