One of the best places I've ever seen in Boulder. It's a low-income housing unit built on top of an RTD bus depot. Don't worry if you think you don't qualify for the low-income portion of the lease - the landlady is very helpful and is kind enough to... help students get approved.
Your room will have an attached bathroom. (Will upload photos when my roommate finally cleans all the garbage out of her space.)
All utilities are paid for except electricity and internet. The living room area is spacious, and the bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows that let the sun in in the mornings. I've been growing herbs in mine. The best part is, it's right on Pearl Street. I've been living here for a year and a half, and now that my roommate is moving away I just need somebody else so I can keep living here longer.
